By using WebMCP Validator at webmcpvalidator.com you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms are governed by Dutch law.

The Service

WebMCP Validator is a free compliance auditing tool that fetches and analyzes websites for WebMCP and Chrome Prompt API readiness. Results are informational only and do not constitute legal, technical, or security advice.

Acceptable Use

Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that audit results are accurate, complete, or up to date. WebMCP is an emerging standard and specifications may change without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Dutch law, WebMCP Validator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed €100.

Intellectual Property

The WebMCP Validator tool, its design, code, and scoring methodology are our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, resell, or create derivative works without written permission. Audit results you generate for your own sites are yours to use freely.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the "last updated" date above when changes are made.
